It never
fails, you're getting ready to go somewhere, such as on a big vacation,
when out of nowhere, you start feeling those intense urges to crossdress
again!

Power-Tapping Exercise for
Temporarily Removing
Your Urges To Crossdress
–
Whenever, Wherever You Need It
Here you will experience just how
powerful the Tap8
Power-Tapping procedure truly
is at breaking the overwhelming urges you feel to crossdress
(or do other fetishes)!
DO THIS:

Whenever you're feeling your crossdressing urges coming on,
simply focus your attention on your desire to do it, and tap
through the tapping points until you no longer feel any
remaining desire existing.
It can also be very helpful for you to repeat reminder
phrases while you're tapping.
If
you frequently feel a strong urge to wear silky lingerie (or
whatever), you should simply focus your attention directly
on your desire to wear silky lingerie, and tap on the 8
tapping points until
the intensity of those urges you're feeling are reduced
enough so that you no longer feel the
desire for doing it.
You
SHOULD STILL tap through all of these other examples of
possible urges...
even if they don't directly apply to your
own situation.
Keep repeating the following reminder phrases while tapping
– until your urges no longer exist...
I
feel this strong urge to dress up like a sexy ______.
I feel this irresistible urge to wear ______.
I feel this strong desire to ______ and go ______.
I feel this intense desire for ______.
I feel this strong urge to be a ______ girl.
I feel this intense desire to ______ until ______.
I feel this intense desire to go out all dolled up, and have
sex with someone.
I feel this intense craving for ______.
I feel this strong urge to dress up like a ______ and go to
______.
I keep feeling like I need to ______ for ______.
I feel this intense urge to ______ now.
Please add more of your
own urges OF ANY KIND to this list.
Keep repeating
this process over, and over...until you can no longer FEEL
any urges remaining.
Remember
to take a deep breath, and BLOW IT OUT slowly after you
complete each tapping round.
Of course, this does NOT mean that your urges will never
return. You will likely have the urge return at another
time. At which point, you will just need to repeat this
Tap8
Power-Tapping
process again for each future urge recurrence.
IMPORTANT:
Since there so often tends to be some commonality between
many of the various negative issues on your lists, you can
still gain a tremendous amount of benefit by tapping through
EVERY issue example listed above.
Therefore, you SHOULD STILL tap through EVERY example
I've given you...even if it doesn't directly apply to your
own situation.
Just
like when doctors write drug prescriptions, they require
their patients to continue taking ALL of the pills until
they are gone,
because they want to make certain that you are eliminating
100% of the infection.
So,
you too, should always still tap through ALL of the issues
in your
Tap8
Power-Tapping
exercise lists to make absolutely certain that the negative
issue is no longer an obstacle in your life!
It
is this consistent tapping, while concentrating on the
issue, that gradually weakens and reduces your stress and
anxiety levels down to zero: Repeated tapping effectively
acts to reduce the amount of emotional intensity you're
feeling from your negative issues down to zero feeling. Each
round of tapping whittles away more and more of the
negative emotional connection between your brain and
your body, so that the negative emotions will no longer have
much of an affect on you. And then, we basically "rewire"
your brain by replacing that negative emotion it with a
purely positive affirmation, which we proceed to 'cement
into place' by repeating it over and over and over while
tapping. It's highly effective. |

illustrations for you...just in case you forget where the eight

Remember...
There simply
is
NO WAY
to do the
Tap8
Power-Tapping
wrong!
This methodology is so forgiving that you literally cannot get it
wrong.
As long as
you are tapping while you're concentrating on an issue,
it's working for you... by whittling away more and more of your stress & anxiety each day!
So just keep
tapping – everyday!
