Although we live in a world where negativity abounds, thinking negative thoughts, and feeling negative feelings is actually NOT normal. The human brain is specifically hardwired to PROTECT us from all types of threats, and that even includes negative thoughts and emotions. However, it IS normal for us to think positive thoughts, and experience positive emotions.

When we are born, our mind starts out as virtually a clean slate, except for some impulses we had experienced while in our mother's womb, there's almost nothing in our mind, neither positive, nor negative concepts exist. Or, as many psychologists have put it, there is no "writing on our walls" yet.

Unfortunately, the two words a child hears more than any others while growing up, are "NO" and "DON'T." Think about that for a moment. A child, who has very little control in his or her life is continually being pounded with a persistent barrage of negative messages....
"No, don't do this!" and "No, don't do that!"

So, with all of that negativity going on around us, wouldn't it seem impossible to imagine that we're ever be able to accomplish anything positive in our lives?

 

However, YOU now have a secret weapon in the fight against negativity.

Tapping Out Any Negative Thoughts Or Emotions
The Minute They Pop Into Your Mind...

...before they take a permanent hold in your mind.



The special procedure used in this
Tap8 exercise is a little different from the
normal procedure used in most of the other exercises.
This exercise only requires you to complete ONE step...


You can use this exercise whenever you have a negative thought pop into your mind!



DO THIS:
Whenever you start having a negative thought or emotion, simply concentrate your attention
on how that negative thought or emotion makes you FEEL, and then start tapping on your
tapping
Tap8 Power-Tapping points until you no longer feel any
remaining traces of stress or anxiety from it.



It can also be very helpful for you to repeat reminder phrases while you're tapping.
You SHOULD STILL tap through all of these examples even
if they don't directly apply to your own situation.

 

I feel so frustrated over _______,

I feel this strong urge to _______,

I feel this disappointment over ______,

I feel this intense _______,

I feel so bad about _______,

I am so angry about ______,

I really stink at _______,

I just can't believe I _______,

I feel like I just want to _______,

I feel like the whole world is against me because _____,

I feel so overwhelmed because of ______,

I still have some of this remaining stress from _____,


Please feel free to add more of your own negative thoughts and emotions to this list.

Keep repeating this process until you no longer feel any anxiety from each issue you've listed.

You will gain positive results for some negative thoughts much faster than you will for other issues.
So, be patient, and your results will come for you. Tap8 s a process, NOT an event!
