Tap8 Power-Tapping Protocol for
 Reconditioning Your Nervous System
 

This special exercise is offered to help you prepare for the future with an excellent stress reduction technique that you can use to help you maintain a life that will be free from excessive stress and anxiety, forever!

Using this wonderful technique on a daily basis will help to insure that you will no longer be affected by the stress and other negative issues that would be standing in your way to achieving your true greatness!



DO THIS FIRST:
Just start tapping on any of your tapping points (without saying anything)
whenever you get a free moment!
 

You see, throughout the course of your life, what typically happens to your nervous system, is that you get "conditioned" with a negative frame of mind. Basically, what this means is, that whenever you are faced with having to make a decision, rather than being able to think rationally through it with a positive frame of mind, you automatically get this flood of indecision that is caused by your many years of receiving ultra-negative programming into your mind. This in turn, produces a less than favorable overall attitude toward literally everything you do throughout your life.

Unfortunately, this ultra-negative programming stemming from your subconscious mind, adversely affects your nervous system, which keeps you from producing the phenomenal results of which you are capable.

Therefore, what this exercise accomplishes is to recondition your sympathetic nervous system in a manner that will make any future negative programming virtually impossible to take hold within your subconscious mind. In much the same way you would rust-proof a vehicle, or water-proof a boat, you will essentially be "negativity-proofing" your mind to repel any negative thoughts or emotions. After doing this reconditioning for a few weeks, you will notice how much better you feel about yourself, as well as everything in your life!

Not only will this ongoing maintenance tapping exercise help to keep your nervous system free from stress, it can also make a substantial improvement in the overall strength and resource capabilities of your immune system!

I'd suggest that you try to get into a daily habit of tapping on your tapping points, whenever it's convenient for you. Tapping several times throughout the day will help you maintain a stress-free, and happier lifestyle.

                                                                                           NOTE:
It is not necessary for you to say anything, or concentrate on anything in particular, while you are doing this maintenance tapping.
Just keep tapping whenever you can...it WORKS!

 

Here are some good ways you can increase the amount of tapping
you do each day
:

Tap through a couple of quick tapping rounds while you're using the restroom.

Tap while you're brushing your teeth.

Tap while sitting in traffic, and at stop lights.

Tap while waiting on hold – on the phone.

Tap just before you have to make an important phone call.

Tap during television commercials.

Plus, tapping while taking a shower or bath will help you to relax and unwind.



It will also be extremely helpful if you...

Tap just before you leave your car to go shopping; or before you run errands, or go to work.

Tap away your nervousness just before you have an important meeting, or interview.

Tap just before you go in for surgery, or when you go for other medical or dental procedures.

Tap before you go to work for the first time at a new job.

Tap before you go on a date.

Tap just before you have to speak to strangers.

Tapping before driving a car will help you remain calm and confident during your trip.

Plus, this can even help you to prevent "road rage" (getting angry while driving)!
