in ANYTHING
you're doing in just a minute or two by
psychologically pumping yourself up!
It's as though you were using an air
pump to pump up your self
confidence just before a
big event.
Here is a very powerful Tap8
Power-Tapping exercise for helping you to
Feel 60% More
Confident -
in Just 60 Seconds
I call this
technique my "Power Tap8"
technique (and you'll soon see why)...
DO
THIS:

In the minutes leading up
to whatever you're doing...
Start tapping on any of the tapping points that you feel
comfortable using.
And then, while you're tapping, repeat this phrase over and
over and over:
I
LIKE
myself - I
LIKE
myself - I
LIKE
myself - I
LIKE
myself - I
LIKE
myself
and so on...
Just keep repeating this phrase over and over and
over...with EMPHASIS - while tapping continuously!
Remember to place
strong emphasis
on the word "LIKE"
in this phrase.
The more you like
yourself, the less stress you will feel, not only during
your upcoming event, but in literally everything you do
throughout your life!.
Therefore, the
more often you use this technique to boost yourself up by
saying "I LIKE
Myself" the more self confidence you will gain, and the more
effective you will be in anything you wish to do.
Tip:
If you don't feel
comfortable saying the phrase out loud, then you
can do this procedure by
simply THINKING through your phrases...without speaking,
while tapping on your "Side of Hand" point (or whichever
points you feel most comfortable tapping on in public).
Keep repeating
this process over, and over, and over, and over, and over.
Remember to
take a deep breath, and blow it out slowly after you
complete each tapping round. |
