deeply into your subconscious mind and become part of your

They say, the world's two most powerful words are "I
CAN'T"
Before we go any further, I'd like to know the following
things from you...
1)
What did you say to yourself this morning just after you
woke up?
2) What things
did you tell yourself this afternoon, or this evening?
3) What did you
tell yourself last night, just before you went to sleep?
4) What kinds of
things are you telling yourself right at THIS MOMENT?
If your answers to these questions are
negative in ANY way, then you need to change your internal
self-talk (the things you say
to yourself), IMMEDIATELY!
Now, let
me ask you this...
If somebody
close to you kept making dozens of negative comments about
you -- right to your face, everyday, would you really want
to keep that mean person around?
Well...guess what?
YOU are that person!
The fact is,
human beings have more than 12,000 thoughts per day, and as
many as 70% of those are negative thoughts.
Plus, we commonly SAY many very negative things about
ourselves everyday! No wonder there are so many negative
people
in the world!
Maintaining a positive personal self-talk is
absolutely essential for achieving an ongoing positive -
attitude and mindset in whatever we're doing!

Technique for

Positive Self-Talk A Permanent Habit
In Your Daily Life!
After using this
powerful method for just a few days you will begin to see
dramatic changes in the way you think about yourself, and all
other areas of your world!
DO THIS:

For a few
minutes each day, continuously tap on the 8 Tapping points
while you repeat
the following important affirmations over, and over, and
over:
I
CHOOSE TO LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF – JUST AS I AM!
I CHOOSE TO FEEL CALM AND CONFIDENT AS A WOMAN AT ALL TIMES!
I CHOOSE TO LOVE MYSELF AS FEMININE AND LOVING!
I CHOOSE TO FORGIVE EVERYONE WHO HAS EVER HARMED ME!
I CHOOSE TO FEEL GRATEFUL FOR WHAT I HAVE!
I CHOOSE TO FEEL LOVING AND THANKFUL FOR THE PEOPLE IN MY
LIFE!
I CHOOSE TO INSPIRE AND ENCOURAGE THE YOUNGER CROSSDRESSERS!

your own appropriate response - if possible.

unconditionally!

everything I do!

Please feel free to add

Remember, there are NO
WRONG STATEMENTS here!
Think about it for a while, what positive thoughts would YOU
prefer to be thinking each and every day!
Write them down. And then, tap
them into your subconscious mind by tapping on your tapping
points while repeating
them over and over and over!
Tip:
You can do this throughout your
day, by simply THINKING through your phrases (without
speaking), while
tapping on
your "Side of Hand" point
(or whichever points you feel most
comfortable tapping on in public).
THEN:
Begin repeating the affirmation:
"I LIKE
MYSELF"
over and over and over, while tapping on your tapping
points.
I
LIKE MYSELF - I LIKE MYSELF - I LIKE MYSELF - I LIKE MYSELF
- and so on...
(just keep repeating this over and over and over - while
tapping continuously)
And...
I AM RESPONSIBLE
- I AM RESPONSIBLE - I AM RESPONSIBLE - I AM RESPONSIBLE -
and so on...
Also...
I AM
COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE -
I AM COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE -
I AM COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE - and so on...
(just keep repeating these affirmations over and over and
over - while tapping continuously)
As well as...
I LIKE MYSELF,
BEING COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE –
I LIKE MYSELF, BEING COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE - and so on...
Then, add some positive "ATTITUDE
OF GRATITUDE"
affirmations...
I AM SO
THANKFUL FOR ________, BECAUSE _________
(explain why
you're thankful).
I FEEL SO GRATEFUL TO _________, FOR _________
(explain
what you're grateful for).
I AM _________- I AM _________ - I AM _________ - I AM
_________ - and so on......
(just keep repeating this over and over and over - while
tapping continuously)
Here are
some more excellent examples of positive "I AM"
affirmations:
I AM
COMPLETELY CALM AND CONFIDENT AS A FEMININE WOMAN
I AM COMPLETELY RELAXED AND FOCUSED AS A FEMININE WOMAN
I AM LOVING MY LIFE AS A FEMININE WOMAN MORE AND MORE
EVERYDAY

I AM DETERMINED TO BECOME THE BEST _______ I CAN BE
Please feel free to
add more positive affirmations of your own!
Keep repeating this
process over, and over, and over, and over, and over.
Remember to take a deep breath, and BLOW IT OUT slowly after
you complete each tapping round.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Just in case you're wondering why it is so important for you
to accept full responsibility for yourself...
One of the
most common causes of failure is, the inability to take full
responsibility for yourself and your life.
A primary key to
achieving absolute success in your life is having the
willingness to accept 100% of the responsibility for
yourself!
The fact is, the people who achieve the highest levels of
success in life are those who ACCEPT COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY
