If Something (or someone) Is Bothering You...
Then Let's Tap Out Your Stress From It – RIGHT NOW

Using
Tap8 Power-Tapping


Powerful Instant Stress Reliever for Anything That is Bothering You...


The special procedure used in this
Tap8 exercise is a little different from the normal procedure
used in most of the other exercises. This exercise only requires you to complete ONE step...

You can use this exercise whenever you are feeling bothered by something! And it can
be ANYTHING that may be bothering you, not only transgender-related subjects.




DO THIS:

Whenever you have something bothering you, or hear something that upsets you...like some bad news, for instance...simply start tapping on the 8 tapping points, while you talk about it as though you were having a conversation with yourself.

It can also be very helpful for you to repeat reminder phrases while you're tapping.
You SHOULD tap through all of these examples even if they don't apply to your own situation.

Also, wherever you see a blank space in a phrase, such as __________, please fill in the blank with your own appropriate response - if possible.

 

I heard this bad/sad news about _______;

I just found out that my family is _______;

I often worry about how bad the _______ is right now;

I was harassed by ______ again;

I keep getting harassed by _______;

I was just called _______ by ______;

I really feel hurt when I am criticized about ______;

My _______ is being so irritating;

My _______ is never satisfied with anything I do;

I feel like such a ______ all of the time;

I really wish my ______ wasn't so ______;

I wish ______ would keep their noses out of my feminine lifestyle;

I wish ______ would accept my decisions about ______;

I wish I had a lot more _______;

I really hate my ugly _______;

I just heard that my ______ has ______;

I am so frustrated because I am not very good at ______;

I get so frustrated when I try to _______;

My ______ just isn't good enough to ______;


I still feel some of this remaining stress from _______,

_______ is causing a lot of stress in my life;


Please add more of your own bothersome issues to this list.


Keep repeating this process until you no longer feel any anxiety from each issue you've listed.

You will gain positive results for some issues much faster than you will for other issues.
So, be patient, and your results will come for you. Tap8 is a process, NOT an event!

Note:

Whenever you tap out the anxious intensity from the negative aspects of an issue, it can be extremely helpful if you replace that negative issue with an empowering, positive CHOICE statement (a Tap8 Power-Phrase).

And, there is nothing more empowering than making a definitive choice to do something. That is why this next step gives you a positive-choice affirmation immediately following the removal of a negative issue using the special anxiety-clearing exercises in this
Tap8 course.

PLUS, this step will help to make it a permanent habit for you to automatically LINK a positive thought to any negative issue, so that whenever something negative happens to you, a positive thought will immediately and automatically pop into your mind
instead of a negative thought!
