The special procedure used in this

little different from the
normal procedure
used in most of the other exercises. This exercise only requires you to
complete ONE step...
You can
use this exercise whenever you are feeling bothered by something! And it
can
be ANYTHING that may be bothering you, not only transgender-related
subjects.
DO THIS:

Whenever you have something bothering you, or hear something
that upsets you...like some bad news, for instance...simply
start tapping on the 8 tapping points, while you talk about
it as though you were having a conversation with
yourself.
It
can also be very helpful for you to repeat reminder phrases
while you're tapping.
You SHOULD tap through all of these examples even if they
don't apply to your own situation.
Also, wherever you see
a blank space in a phrase, such as __________, please fill
in the blank with your own appropriate response - if
possible. |

Keep repeating this process until you no longer feel any anxiety
from each issue you've listed.
You
will gain positive results for some issues much faster than you will
for other issues.
