These questions address the ENTIRE Backward8 procedure, and course.
I am also repeating a few of the questions from earlier, because they are so important...

 

Why avoid alcohol or drugs during the course?
They tranquilize your anxiety, preventing you from fully feeling it. The Backward8 works by allowing you to experience anxiety intensely so it can be released.

Why skip anxiety meds during exercises?
Medications dull your anxiety, making the course less effective. If safe, delay meds and avoid painkillers and alcohol while practicing.

Why address many similar aspects of the same issue?
Like digging a rock from all sides, approaching anxiety from multiple angles frees it faster and more thoroughly.

Why focus on the negative issue? Shouldn’t I think only positive?
You must clear the negative first, then immediately replace it with positive affirmations to permanently rewire your subconscious.

Why is mental balance important?
Just as physical imbalance causes falls, emotional imbalance causes psychological and physical problems. Backward8 clears these emotional blocks for better mental health.

What causes my anxiety?
