negativity.

resistant to negative thoughts and emotions. Think of it as
"negativity-proofing" your mind—like rust-proofing a car.

good ways you can increase the amount of
Backward8 drilling you do each day:
Count
through a couple of quick rounds while you're using the
restroom.
Count while you're brushing your teeth.
Count while sitting in traffic, and at stop lights.
Count while waiting on hold -- on the phone.
Count just before you have to make an important phone call.
Count during television commercials.
Plus, drilling while taking a shower or bath will help you to relax
and unwind.

also be extremely helpful if you...
Count just before you
leave your car to go shopping; or before you run errands, |

work.
Count away your nervousness just before you have an important meeting,
or interview.
Count just before you go in for surgery, or when you go for other
medical or dental procedures.
Count before you go to work for the first time at a new job.
Count before you go on a date.
Count just before you have to speak to strangers.
Drilling before
driving a car will help you remain calm and confident during your
trip.
