Backward8 Protocol for
 Reconditioning Your Nervous System
 

This special exercise is offered to help you prepare for the future with an excellent stress reduction technique that you can use to help you maintain a life that will be free from excessive stress and anxiety, forever!

Using this wonderful technique on a daily basis will help to insure that you will no longer be affected by the stress and other negative issues that would be standing in your way to achieving your true greatness!




DO THIS FIRST:
Just start using this whenever you get a free moment!
 

Over time, your nervous system becomes "conditioned" by negative programming, causing indecision and a poor attitude whenever faced with choices. This affects your ability to achieve great results, as your subconscious mind is flooded with negativity.

This exercise helps recondition your nervous system, making it resistant to negative thoughts and emotions. Think of it as "negativity-proofing" your mind—like rust-proofing a car.

After a few weeks of this practice, you'll notice improved self-esteem, reduced stress, and even a stronger immune system!

 

Here are some good ways you can increase the amount of Backward8 drilling you do each day:
 

Count through a couple of quick rounds while you're using the restroom.
 
Count while you're brushing your teeth.
 
Count while sitting in traffic, and at stop lights.
 
Count while waiting on hold -- on the phone.
 
Count just before you have to make an important phone call.
 
Count during television commercials.
 
Plus, drilling while taking a shower or bath will help you to relax and unwind.
 
 
 
It will also be extremely helpful if you...
 
Count just before you leave your car to go shopping; or before you run errands, |
or go to work.
 
Count away your nervousness just before you have an important meeting,
or interview.
 
Count just before you go in for surgery, or when you go for other medical or dental procedures.
 
Count before you go to work for the first time at a new job.
 
Count before you go on a date.
 
Count just before you have to speak to strangers.
 

Drilling before driving a car will help you remain calm and confident during your trip.

Plus, this can even help you to prevent "road rage" (getting angry while driving)!
