The higher your levels of self esteem, the more calm and confident you will be...
regardless of what you're doing.


Now I am going to show you how you can actually increase your own self confidence in ANYTHING
you're doing in just a minute or two by
psychologically pumping yourself up!
It's as though you were using an air pump to pump up your self confidence
just before a big event.



Here is a very powerful Backward8 exercise for helping you to

Feel 60% More Confident - in Just 60 Seconds


I call this technique my "Power Backward8" technique (and you'll soon see why)...



DO THIS:
 

                                     In the minutes leading up to whatever you're doing...

Start repeating this phrase over and over and over:



I LIKE myself - I LIKE myself - I LIKE myself - I LIKE myself - I LIKE myself and so on...


Just keep repeating this phrase over and over and over...with EMPHASIS!


Remember to place
strong emphasis on the word "LIKE" in this phrase.

The more you like yourself, the less stress you will feel, not only during your upcoming event, but in literally everything you do throughout your life!. Therefore, the more often you use this technique to boost yourself up by saying "I LIKE Myself" the more self confidence you will gain, and the more effective you will be in anything you wish to do.


                                                               Tip:
If you don't feel comfortable saying the phrase out loud, then you can do this procedure by simply THINKING through your phrases...without speaking.


Keep repeating this process over, and over, and over, and over, and over.
Remember to take a deep breath, and blow it out slowly after you complete each round.
