Then Let's Backward Out Your Stress From It RIGHT NOW

Powerful Instant Stress Reliever for Anything That is Bothering You...


The special procedure used in this Backward8 exercise is a little different from the normal procedure
used in most of the other exercises. This exercise only requires you to complete ONE step...

You can use this exercise whenever you are feeling bothered by something!



DO THIS:
Whenever you have something bothering you, or hear something that upsets you...
like some bad news, for instance...simply start counting backward from 8,
while you talk about it as though you were having a conversation
with yourself
.

Don't be afraid to add something to the list if it feels stressful to you.

Please try to be as specific as possible. And just remember....
THERE ARE NO WRONG ANSWERS!!!
 

I've given you several good examples so you will know exactly what you need to do. You are welcome to use these stressful examples in your list, and add more of your own. These examples are offered to help REMIND you of many different types of common stressful issues.
You SHOULD STILL work through all of these examples even if they do not directly apply to your own situation.

Also, wherever you see a blank spot in a phrase, such as __________, please fill in the blank your own appropriate response
if possible (and if it is applicable).

 

This mean ______ started harassing us today;

I heard this bad/sad news about _______;

I just found out that my family is _______;

I often worry about how bad the ______ is right now;

I was harassed by _______ again;

I keep getting ticketed by ________;

My new daughter was just called _______ by _______;

I really feel hurt when she is criticized about _______;

My ______ is never satisfied with anything I do;

I feel like such a _______ all of the time;

I still feel some of this remaining stress from ______,

_______ is causing a lot of stress in my life;


Please add more of your own bothersome issues to this list.


Keep repeating this process until you no longer feel any anxiety
from each issue you've listed.

You will gain positive results for some issues much faster than you will for other issues.
So, be patient, and your results will come for you. Backward8 is a process, NOT an event!
