If
you're feeling tired or fatigued, simply concentrate on your
feelings of being tired,
and count backward from 8
until you no longer feel tired or fatigued.
Examples of
reminder phrases:
Even though I
feel so tired, I CHOOSE to feel wide awake and alert!
Even though I feel worn out, I CHOOSE to feel strong and
ready for more!
Even I feel all of this tiredness, I CHOOSE to release an
abundant amount of energy!
Even though I still feel a little tired, I CHOOSE to have
plenty of energy in my tank!
ALSO...
Why do I have so much energy now?
Why do I feel so wide awake and alert now?
Keep repeating this process until you no longer feel tired.
Remember to take
a deep breath, and BLOW IT OUT slowly after you complete
each round.
WARNING
Often, your tired feeling will often vanish completely. But
this doesn't mean that it won't come back again later,
or
the following day. You would simply need to repeat the
process again when
the tired feeling returns. |
